Privacy Policy

Cross-Realm Warlords, by Orbis Onum Production. Last updated 30 October 2026.

In short: no account, no ads. Your saves stay on your device. Chat and voice go straight to the other players in your room and are not recorded. This website and the browser version count visits with Google Analytics.

This website and the game in your browser

This download site and the browser version (play.orbisunom.online) use Google Analytics to count visits and see which devices and browsers people use. Google may set cookies and receive your IP address, browser details and rough location for this. See Google's Privacy Policy. Like every website, our server also sees your IP address while it sends you the pages. When you download the game, open the browser version, or the app checks for a newer version, the server keeps a short log of it (deleted after 14 days) to count how many people play and from which country; after that only the totals are kept.

The Android app does not use Google Analytics.

Playing online

• While you are in an online room, our server sees your IP address, the room code and the player name you chose, so it can connect you with the other players.
• For security (to stop cheaters and attacks), the server keeps a short log of IP addresses, room codes and when players joined and left. It is kept for a limited time and never sold or shared.
• The game also checks our site for a newer version when it starts.

Play time

While the game is open, it tells our site once a minute that it is still running, so we can see how long people play. It sends only a random code for that sitting (a new one every time you start the game, not linked to you or your device), the platform (Android, Windows or browser), what the game is doing (menu, skirmish, online and so on) and the game's version. No name, no account and nothing from your device. Our server logs it with your IP address for up to 14 days; we only use it to count play time per day and per country.

Chat and voice

• Chat messages and voice are passed live to the other players in your room. Our server does not record or store them.
• The game uses your microphone only for voice chat, and only while you hold the Mic button (or switch the open mic on). You can turn voice chat off in Settings, and deny microphone access in your phone's or browser's settings.
• You can mute any player from the Players list.

Feedback form

If you send us feedback from the form on the download page, we keep your message, your star rating, where you said you play, the name and email you chose to give (both optional), the game version, the time, and your country (from Cloudflare). We do not keep your IP address with it; our server only counts messages per address for an hour, to stop floods. We use your feedback only to improve the game and, if you gave an email, to reply. It is never sold or shared. Ask us at the address below to remove it.

On your device

Your saved games and settings (name, volume, voice choice) are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing the browser's site data removes them.

Services we use

• Cloudflare delivers and protects these web pages and sees connection data to do so.
• Google Analytics, on this website and in the browser version, as above (not in the app).

Children

The game has no accounts and does not ask for personal details (an email on the feedback form is optional). We do not knowingly collect more than what is described here from anyone, including children.
